Considering your sensitivity to Pokemon poison, it can't be that. It sounds like a Psychic or Ghost Pokemon might have found its way into your house. Maybe a Musharna?

I'm in Unova, and yeah I did have my window open to listen to the rain last night. but aren't the little nets for windows enough to keep pokemon from getting in??

That sounds like musharna, yeah. Maybe it was able to sit outside and eat your dream? I’ll admit I don’t have much experience with the mon, though. Pink fog is a telltale sign of it though. I’m pretty sure it’s harmless?

This is most likely an entirely harmless Musharna, who has eaten your dream from outside your window. Just to be safe though, about what shade is the fog? A light or medium pink is totally normal, but if it's too dark, that can sometimes be a bit dangerous.

I'm liek super super late but yeah it was a musharna! after reading what you guys said I ended up calling for a ranger because I've been here for a while and have never ever seen a musharna or any pink mist they said that its most likely a wild pokemon getting too comfortable thx to people feeding the wild pokemon which is >:{ we're literally taught to not do that whats wrong with people!
btw!!! the mist was a very light pink, it left a sweet taste in my mouth [I got curious] before I began airing out my room

No wonder it was attracted to you in particular, you must have been having very sweet dreams!
Feeding wild Pokemon with no intention to catch them is a serious problem everywhere. Hopefully the Rangers in your area are able to get that situation under control, but I'm not holding my breath.
